Tagging of different types of offices, posts, titles etc.
Titles, offices, posts etc. in the text could be extracted from the vocabulary. They can be tagged using the @lemma attribute of the <w>.
Another way to do it could be using the <rs> element with @type="office" and a @key or a @ref pointing to an authority list.
