Greek Original:Ἀγραφίου δίκη: τῶν ἐκ καταδίκης ὠφληκότων τῷ δημοσίῳ γράφουσι τὰ ὀνόματα ἐν σανίσιν οἱ κατὰ καιρὸν περὶ τούτων διοικοῦντες, προστιθέντες ἀνὰ πόσον ἐστὶ τὸ ὄφλημα. ὅταν δὲ ἀποδιδῷ ἕκαστος, ἐξαλείφεται τῆς σανίδος τὸ ἐπίγραμμα. ἐὰν οὖν τις ἀναγραφῇ μὲν ὠφληκέναι, δόξῃ δὲ μὴ ἀποδεδωκέναι, καὶ τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ ἐξηλειμμένον ᾖ ἐκ τῆς σανίδος, συγκεχώρηται τῷ βουλομένῳ τῶν ἀστῶν εἰσάγειν κατ' αὐτοῦ δίκην ἀγραφίου.
