Ἀποχειροτονηθῆναι: γενικῇ. ἀποστραφῆναι, ἀποδοκιμασθῆναι. Ἀριστοφάνης: σπονδῶν φέρουσα τῇ πόλει κίστην πλέαν ἀποχειροτονηθῆναι τρὶς ἐν τῇ ἐκκλησίᾳ. ἐπὶ Κλεωνύμου γὰρ πρεσβευσαμένων Λακεδαιμονίων ἐστασίασαν ἐν τῇ ἐκκλησίᾳ, ἀντειπόντος Κλέωνος. καὶ αὖθις: ὁ δὲ Φιλιππικὸς ἀποχειροτονεῖται παραυτίκα καὶ Κομεντίολον ὁ βασιλεὺς στρατηγὸν ἀνίστησιν.
