Ἀστεμφέα: ἀμετακίνητον, βέβαιον: ἢ ἀντὶ τοῦ ἀστεμφῆ. ἀστεμφῆ ποδάγρην καὶ δόνακας ἀντυκτῆρας. καὶ αὖθις: οἱ δὲ ἀστεμφεῖς οὗτοι καὶ ὑπερόπται ῥητορικῆς καὶ ποιήσεως οὔ μοι δοκοῦσιν ἑκόντες εἶναι συνέσεσθαι θεῷ καὶ ἀνθρώποις. πενίᾳ δὲ φύσεως μηδὲ τὰ σμικρὰ ἱκανοί.
