Greek Original:Αἶγα: ὅτι τουτὶ τὸ ζῷον δοκεῖ ἐχθρὸν εἶναι τῇ ἀμπέλῳ. ἀμέλει γοὖν καὶ ἐπίγραμμα φαίνεται πρὸς τὴν αἶγα οὕτως ἔχον: κἤν με φάγῃς ἐπὶ ῥίζαν, ὅμως δ' ἔτι καρποφορήσω ὅσσον ἐπιλεῖψαί σοι, τράγε, θυομένῳ.
