vagârî ('to wander'), and is the present indicative active third person singular form. For the infinitive see ps.[?]-Mauricius,

De administrando imperio 51.61. The verb used for the gloss is even more rare and occurs only in lexicography and astronomical texts (with the meaning 'act like a planet').
