Βοσκήσομεν: θρέψομεν. καὶ Βόσκουσαν, τρέφουσαν. Σοφοκλῆς περὶ Οἰδίποδος: ἀλλ' εἰ τὰ θνητῶν μὴ καταισχύνεσθ' ἔτι γένεθλα, τὴν γοῦν πάντα βόσκουσαν φλόγα αἰδεῖσθ' ἄνακτος ἡλίου, τοιόνδ' ἄγος ἀκάλυπτον οὕτω δείκνυται, τὸ μήτε γῆ μήτ' ὄμβρος ἱερὸς μήτε φῶς προσδέξεται.
