Βάκηλος: μέγας μὲν, ἀνόητος δὲ καὶ γυναικώδης. Βάκηλος, εὐνοῦχος, ἀπόκοπος. καὶ παροιμία: Βάκηλος εἶ, κατὰ τῶν ἐκλύτων καὶ ἀνάνδρων. τοιοῦτοι γὰρ οἱ ἀπόκοποι.
