The headword, otherwise unattested, is as transmitted a vox nihili. It might be read Δορίσκος and aso be an (erroneous) anticipation of delta 1384. One could also suggest διορισμός ("separation", a widespread philosophical term, see LSJ entry at web adddress 1), because of the easy misreading of k- for m- in Greek minuscule, though the lack of a gloss makes emendation speculative.
