Feminine nominative singular (also, according to Adler, in the Ambrosian Lexicon) and feminine dative plural of this adjective (
epsilon 13). Both are presumably extracted from somewhere. In epic poetry, the first syllable is lengthened metri gratia to epsiloniota or eta; other poets use the contracted form
