It [ἐνετιμᾶτο ] differs from [ἀπετιμᾶτο ] "was valued"; for when someone takes a valuation of how much a thing is worth, it is called valuing [ἀποτιμᾶσθαι ]; but when someone calculates a part of the money in certain categories, this is said to have been "valued in" [ἐνετιμήσατο ].

Ἐνετιμᾶτο διαφέρει τοῦ ἀπετιμᾶτο: ὅταν μὲν γάρ τις ὥς τι ποσὸν ἀργύριον ἀποτίμημα λαμβάνῃ, ἀποτιμᾶσθαι λέγεται: ὅταν δὲ ἐν εἴδεσί τισι λογίσηταί τις μέρος τι τοῦ ἀργυρίου, τοῦτο λέγεται ὡς ἐνετιμήσατο.
