Ἐγκέχοδα: ἀπεπάτησα διὰ φόβον τινά, ἔχεσον. Ἀριστοφάνης Βατράχοις. κάλει θεὸν εἰς βοήθειαν.

Aristophanes, Frogs 479 (web address 1), with comment from some of the scholia there. Other scholia there add that Aristophanes is punning on the language of religious ritual, by substituting the headword for ἐγκέχυται ("[the libation] has been poured out").
