Greek Original:Κακία: διώνυμός ἐστιν ἡ λέξις. ἡ ὄντως κακία, οἷον πορνεία, μοιχεία, πλεονεξία καὶ ἐπιορκία, καταλαλιά. λιμὸς δὲ καὶ λοιμός, θάνατοι καὶ νόσοι καὶ τἆλλα, οὐκ ἔστι κακά, διότι πολλάκις ἡμῖν ἀγαθῶν αἴτια γίνεται. καὶ περὶ ταύτης φησὶν ὁ προφήτης: οὐκ ἔστι κακία ἐν πόλει, ἣν κύριος οὐκ ἐποίησεν.
