Note:
Bdelykleon to his son Philokleon in Aristophanes, Wasps 722-724 (web address 1). For the office of κωλακρέτης (sic: should be spelled with omega), see kappa 2234 and kappa 2235. In the present passage 'drinking treasurer's milk' means joining the panel of jurors.
