The purported headword adjective, in the neuter singular, occurs occurs only here, in Pseudo-Zonaras (with the same definition), and in Gennadius Scholarius, Grammar p. 463, defined as "weak or fast". It is probably a corruption of λαιψηρόν (lambda 210), defined with the same gloss as Scholarius' in Theognostus 27. (On the mainstream lexicographic tradition of λαιψηρόν , see lambda 210.)
