If reliably transmitted, the primary headword phrase includes either the nominative (or vocative) of the abstract noun
μακαρία or else the feminine nominative (or vocative) singular of the related adjective
μακάριος ; and the secondary one appears to be the masculine vocative singular of that adjective.
Adler suggests Simeon Metaphrastes as a possible source. In any event, neither phrase is attested elsewhere.
