Μαγάς: σανὶς τετράγωνος ὑπόκυφος, δεχομένη ἐφ' ἑαυτὴν τὰς τῆς κιθάρας νευράς, καὶ ἀποτελοῦσα φθόγγον. ἡ τῆς κιθάρας καβάλη καὶ τῆς λύρας, ἡ τὰς νευρὰς βαστάζουσα. ἔστι δὲ καὶ εἱλητικὸν μόριον.
