Nikatoris is the city also known as Amphipolis and Tourmeda on the Euphrates; Barrington Atlas map 67 grid G4; present-day Jebel Khaled in Syria. (There is another one at an unidentified site somewhere near Doura-Europos, but the former is probably intended.)
