Ναυμάχιον: ὡς τοῦ μὴ στρατεύεσθαι καὶ τοῦ λιπεῖν τὴν τάξιν καὶ τοῦ τὰ ὅπλα ἀποβαλεῖν ζημίαι ἦσαν ὡρισμέναι ἐκ τῶν νόμων, οὕτως καὶ τοῦ μὴ ναυμαχῆσαι. τοῦτο τὸ ὄφλημα ναυμάχιον ἐκαλεῖτο.
