Ὄμφαξ: σταφυλὴ δριμεῖα οὖσα καὶ οὐ πέπειρος. θηλυκῶς δὲ λέγει τὰς ὄμφακας Πλάτων ὁ κωμικὸς ἐν δράματι Ἑορταῖς: καὶ τὰς ὀφρῦς σχάσασθε καὶ τὰς ὄμφακας.
