A rare (not in LSJ) cognate of rho 68; see also rho 69 (also derogatory), rho 70, rho 71. Lexicographic comment on it, here and elsewhere, appears to stem from its appearance in Julian, Contra Galileos p.195 Neumann: "the empty rhapsoidema about Troy."
