Greek Original:Σαράπους: οὕτως ἐκάλει Ἀλκαῖος Πιττακὸν τὸν φιλόσοφον διὰ τὸ πλατύπουν εἶναι καὶ σύρειν τὼ πόδε: χειροπόδην δὲ διὰ τὰς ἐν τοῖς ποσὶ ῥαγάδας, ἃς χειράδας ἐκάλουν: γαύρικά τε, ὡς εἰκῆ γαυριῶντα: φύσκωνα δὲ καὶ γάστρωνα, διότι παχὺς ἦν: ἀλλὰ μὴν καὶ Ζοφοδορπίδα, ὡς ἄλυχνον: ἀγασύραστον δέ, ὡς ἐπισεσυρμένον καὶ ῥυπαρόν.
