This is the woman mentioned in e.g. Plutarch, Pericles 24.3 (as a precursor of Aspasia, alpha 4202): Th. the Milesian mistress of Antiochos of Pharsalos, who helped win Thessaly over to the Persian side at the time of Xerxes' invasion of Greece. See Stadter ad loc.
