At the moment, if you want to read web pages utilizing Unicode polytonic Greek on Mac OS X in Aqua, you have only one choice, OmniWeb. OmniWeb is a shareware web browser originally written for NeXTStep.

OmniWeb 4 is available from the Omni Group website; if you have an iDisk (now .Mac), you'll find it under Software::Mac OS X Software::Applications::Internet Utilities::OmniWeb-4.0.5.
